Start with a Fitness Strategy Session

Doing something is better than doing nothing but don’t waste your time by doing exercise that won’t get you the results you want.

A Fitness Strategy Session will point you in the right direction and make sure you aren’t wasting your time and energy on something that won’t work for you or won’t get you results quick enough.

In a Fitness Strategy Session we’ll discuss:

  • what exercise you have done in the past and are currently doing,
  • what lifestyle (aka work, money & family) constraints you have, and
  • what your fitness goals are.

I’ll then help you design a Fitness Plan that works for you. If you need equipment or access to other professionals I’ll put you in touch with the right people.

You’ll set some activity goals and if you want we can arrange a follow up session to see if you’ve done what you set out to do. You’ll be on track and know what to do.

A Fitness Strategy Session can be done face to face(if you live in Perth Western Australia) or on the phone and costs just $275.00. Much cheaper than a gym membership or expensive equipment you never use.

In a majority of cases the pain from musculo-skeletal dysfunction is self-generated.

The good news about that is that if you have generated the pan there’s a fair chance you can ‘ungenerate’ it, particularly if you catch it early enough.

If the exercises recommended in the CrookBack training program are done on a regular and systematic basis you should soon start to feel better as bones are drawn back into better alignment. If the exercises are accompanied by other therapeutic modalities, there is a high likelihood that the therapy will speed up the rehab process. It will not, however take the place of the things your need to do for yourself.
