How to control your body chemistry to turn back the clock and feel great again.

You can feel fantastic!

Every day we get a chance to improve and choose our mood. This choice is made with everything we eat, how we sleep, whether we exercise and what we think about. This session will help you to feel great again.
During this session, you will begin to see how every feeling you have is driven by a chemical. These naturally occurring body and brain chemicals regulate feelings of happiness, satisfaction, drive and motivation. They affect how you sleep, think and perform and serve as the foundation to peak performance.

In this session you will:

  • Identify your chemical drivers
  • Learn the 3 lifestyle fixtures that balance your internal chemistry
  • Understand the cause of common feelings
  • Explode the motivation myth
  • Explore the science of sleep
  • Learn which foods are mood foods

How we feel is a result of both psychological and physiological factors. Modern motivation theories tend to focus on the mind, goal setting and attitude adjusting. Mind-centric motivation while useful is not immediate or simple. Body-centric motivation is quick, clean and for most people who are of normal mental capacity a positive start.

This program focuses on the naturally occurring chemicals that drive productivity, happiness, stress and every other feeling we face on a day-to-day basis.
