It’s really easy to make cinnamon detox water! I will show you step by step with pictures below, but I will also explain it in writing:
- 1 liter water at room temperature.
- 1 stick cinnamon.
- 1 medium red or green apple.
Wash an apple thoroughly and slice it with its shells. Add Chopped apples and cinnamon sticks to a jug or a bottle filled with water at room temperature. Close the lid and leave it for at least 5 hours or until it leaves the extracts.
After making cinnamon detox water in the way stated above. Take a glass before main meals and drink it for as long as you are awake.
For how long can Cinnamon water be drunk ?
Vitamins are not stored in our bodies, they are used every day and are thrown out. Therefore, it is beneficial to make vitamin supplement with detox water again every day.
