Generally, people feel guilty of being motivated by their desire for show,but what is important is not what your motivation is about. Sometimes you can be motivated by the desire of having healthy life, sometimes the desire to get to that perfect body in your mind, and sometimes the desire to fit into that beautiful dress. Do not stick to the reasons you want to improve something about yourself. Emphasize that you are for your true beauty and provide your motivation to play sports and be healthy.

Be Positive

Never forget that what you feel can inspire others. No one is 100% satisfied with his body or shape. If the desire to correct the zones you find problematic leads you to sports and healthy eating, there is no reason to feel guilty. For example, you can keep track of accounts that motivate you on socail media and check them out occasionally.

Do cardio exercises to burn fats

Cardiovascular exercises, such as running, cycling and swimming, help burn fat that accumulates in the body. Do not neglect cardio exercises if you are trying to burn fat that accumulates in the hips and buttocks. But you should know that you can´t choose which  part of your body where fats will not be burnt.Because, when it comes to sport, there is no such thing as a “precise shot”. However, 3 days a week 30-45 minutes cardio work, helps burn fat. You can try running, climbing, or pedaling to get results especially on the lower body. Be sure to be more motivated when you see that you are losing weight and your body is getting into shape.

Strengthen your muscles

To strengthen the muscles in your lower body, you should make the lower body exercises a part of your routine. Perform squat, martial arts, step and leg lift exercises to shape the hip and butt part. Remember, it is very important to increase your muscle mass, even if you are aiming at your goal. Start exercises using your body weight and then continue with dumbbells or rods. Three-days a week, 30-minute exercise is ideal for beginners.

Make small changes to your food routine

Good nutrition is one of the essential things to make your body better. If you want to increase muscle mass, you should get enough protein. If you increase the amount of exercise you should be sure that you have enough liquids and that you have many carbohydrates. By holding a diary log and taking notes of your daily consumption, you can see more clearly what you are getting into your body. You can turn off junk food, instead you can go for healthier choices. If you focus on snacks at first, you’ll be amazed how much secret calories you consume!
