Swedish diet is the most effective diet for weight loss. It is a diet that lasts for 13 days, and depending on your metabolic rate, you can lose at least 6 pounds and at most 20 pounds. By being patient you can reach your ideal weight in just 13 days.  Comments from people who used this Swedish diet to lose weight are always positive and they claim to have reached the weight they wished.

Rules to be followed when doing Swedish Diet

  • Do not start on this diet or any other diet without consulting your doctor first.
  • Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water a day throughout the diet period.
  • Do not repeat the diet within 3 months after finishing it.
  • In the same day you can switch lunch and dinner.
  • Those with high cholesterol can eat the egg white.
  • Besides these food and drinks stated in this diet, which are are quite low in calories, Do not eat, drink tea, coffee or any other soft drinks
  • This diet is not suitable for you if you are allergic to coffee because there are many few calories and much caffeinated beverages on this diet.

Swedish Diet 13 days program

1st  day

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 slice of sugar
  • Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 portion boiled spinach, 1 tomato
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), green salad with olive oil and lemon

2nd day

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of sugar
  • Lunch: 1 slice of salami, 100 grams of yogurt
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), green salad, 1 fruit

3d days

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cut of sugar, 1 slice of toast
  • Lunch: Boiled spinach, 1 tomato, 1 fruit
  • Evening: 2 eggs, 1 slice of salami, green salad

4 days

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cut of sugar, 1 slice of toast
  • Lunch: 1 layer of egg, 1 grated carrot, 250 gram cottage cheese
  • Evening: 2 slices of orange juice, 100 grams of yogurt

5 days

  • Morning: 1 large grated carrot (with lemon)
  • Lunch: boiled lean fish (200 grams, with lemon and butter)
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), salad and broccoli

6 days

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cut of sugar
  • Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 large grated carrot
  • Evening: Chicken breast(200 grams), salad

7 days

  • Morning:  Tea without sugar
  • Lunch: Grilled meat (200 grams), fresh fruit
  • Evening: Nothing

Day 8

  • Morning: 1 cup coffee, 1 cut sugar
  • Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 portion boiled spinach, 1 tomato
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), green salad with olive oil and lemon

Day 9

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of sugar
  • Lunch: 1 slice of salami, 100 grams of yogurt
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), green salad, 1 fruit

10 days

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cut of sugar, 1 slice of toast
  • Lunch: Boiled spinach, 1 tomato, 1 fruit
  • Evening: 2 eggs, 1 slice of salami, green salad

Day 11

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cut of sugar, 1 slice of toast
  • Lunch: 1 egg, 1 grated carrot, 250 gram lean white cheese
  • Evening: 2 slices of orange juice, 100 grams of yogurt

Day 12

  • Morning: 1 large grated carrot (with lemon)
  • Lunch: boiled lean fish (200 grams, with lemon and butter)
  • Evening: 1 steak (200 grams), salad and broccoli

Day 13

  • Morning: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of sugar
  • Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 large grated carrot
  • Evening: chicken breast (200 grams), salad.
